Privacy Policy

Lebian Inc. operates Caleb Nelson’s website at iamcalebnelson.com and the services offered through it. This policy covers information received through our website, inquiries, newsletters, appointment bookings and coaching conversations. Questions or privacy requests can be sent to [email protected].

Information we collect and use

When you contact us or book, we receive the information you provide, such as your name, email address, phone number, appointment details and answers about your goals or business. We use it to respond, manage appointments, send confirmations and reminders, and support the work you request. Please avoid including sensitive personal information in an initial inquiry unless necessary.

If you subscribe to a newsletter, we use your email to send it. Use the unsubscribe link in an email to stop newsletter messages. Appointment communications are separate from newsletter subscriptions.

Recording and AI-assisted notes

Recording and AI-assisted notes are a standard part of Caleb’s process. We use Zoom for call recording and Granola and Calendly’s notetaker for AI-assisted notes. The tools used may vary by call, and information shared in a conversation may be processed into recordings, transcripts or summaries.

These records support our client work. They are shared only with Caleb, necessary service providers and the relevant client; they are not sold or used publicly without separate permission. We keep recordings and notes until they are no longer needed for that work. If you have concerns, raise them before recording or note-taking begins. Exceptions are discussed individually. Booking alone is not a substitute for notice and applicable recording consent.

Service providers

Our tools include GoHighLevel for forms, contact records and booking communications; Google Workspace and Google Calendar for email and scheduling; Zoom for calls; Granola for notes; and Calendly for bookings and its notetaker. Information needed for these functions is processed by the relevant provider. Their privacy policies and the settings used for each service also describe their processing.

Website and email technology

Our hosting, forms and embedded services may process technical information such as IP address, browser details and activity needed to load and operate the service. Booking emails may use tracked links to measure clicks. When you use embedded media or follow links to platforms such as YouTube, Spotify or social networks, those services may receive information about your interaction and use their own cookies or similar technology. You can manage cookies through your browser, although blocking some technologies may affect functionality.

Text messages

Providing a phone number does not by itself authorize marketing texts. Where text messaging is offered, the form identifies the message purpose and asks for separate, optional consent. Mobile information and text-message opt-in records are not shared with third parties for their own marketing or promotional purposes. Necessary messaging and support providers may process them only to deliver services on our behalf.

Retention and your choices

Information is kept while needed for the purposes described here, including providing services and handling related business records or legal obligations. Recording and note retention is described above. Email [email protected] to request access, correction or deletion of your information. We may need to verify your identity, and some records may need to be retained where applicable law requires it. Your rights depend on applicable law.

No online service can guarantee absolute security. Avoid sending passwords, payment-card details or other unnecessary sensitive information through an inquiry form.

Updates

We will update the effective date when this policy changes and provide additional notice where required.

Free Focus Call — Booking Terms

The conversation

The Free Focus Call is a free, 60-minute introductory conversation with Caleb Nelson, offered by Lebian Inc. We discuss where you feel stuck, what you want to grow, and whether working together is a good fit. Booking does not enroll you in a paid program.

Booking and changes

Provide accurate contact details and check the time zone shown when booking. We meet on Zoom using the link provided for your appointment. If your plans change, use the reschedule or cancellation link in your confirmation as soon as you can. For help, email [email protected].

Recording and AI notes

Recording and AI-assisted notes are a standard part of how I work. I use Zoom, Granola and Calendly’s notetaker; the tools used may vary by call. Please discuss any concern with me before recording or note-taking begins. Any exception will be agreed individually. See the Privacy Policy for how call information is handled.

Coaching and outcomes

Coaching supports reflection, decisions and practical action. It does not guarantee a particular business, income or personal outcome. The introductory call is not medical, mental-health, legal or financial advice. Any paid engagement will have its own scope, fees and agreement presented separately.

Appointment communications

We use your contact details to communicate about the appointment. Newsletter and optional SMS consent are separate from accepting these booking terms.

If you opt into appointment texts from Lebian Inc., messages may include confirmations, reminders and scheduling updates. Frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for assistance, or email [email protected]. Text consent is not required to book or purchase. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
