Most people don’t have a clarity problem.
They have a self-knowledge problem.

They keep setting goals that don’t feel right.
Chasing outcomes they don’t really care about.
Wondering why motivation never sticks.

The truth?

If you don’t know who you are…
You’ll keep building a life that isn’t yours.

I see this all the time with high achievers.
They have the discipline.
They have the talent.
But they’re tired.

NOT because they’re doing too much,
But because they’re doing too much of the wrong things.

They’ve confused productivity with purpose.

But alignment doesn’t come from working harder.
It comes from remembering who you are.

And that starts with your values.

Values are more than just nice words.
They are how you show up as your highest self.
They’re the compass for your relationships, your work, your energy.

If you don’t know your values,
You don’t know how to lead yourself.

And if you can’t lead yourself…
You can’t lead anyone else.

So here’s a question to sit with:

Are you living in a way that reflects what actually matters to you?
Or are you following a path someone else told you was “successful”?

Take the time to reconnect.
Get quiet.
Write it down.
Ask yourself:

When do I feel most proud of how I show up?

What qualities matter most in how I treat others?

What energizes me, without needing a reason?

That’s your starting point.

Everything else becomes easier when you stop trying to be someone you’re not.
