Clear the Clutter to Make Room for Growth
Originally shared March 6, 2025 in the Naked Sunday Newsletter. Adapted for the journal.

Spring is almost here—and with it, the perfect opportunity for a fresh start.
Just like you’d clear out your closet to make room for what you actually wear, it’s time to do the same with your life.
What’s cluttering your schedule, your thoughts, your energy? What are you holding onto that no longer serves you?
If you’re feeling overwhelmed or stuck, it’s likely because you’re holding onto things that don’t align with your growth anymore. We all do it—we fill our days with distractions, commitments, and expectations from others that take up space and energy but don’t move us forward.
It’s time for some spring cleaning.
Start by looking at where your time is going.
Are you spending it on tasks that truly matter, or are you stuck in endless loops of things that drain you?
Are your relationships bringing you energy, or do they feel like another obligation on your to-do list?
Are you holding onto old beliefs or habits that keep you from stepping into the next version of yourself?
Spring cleaning isn’t just about clearing out the physical clutter. It’s about making space mentally and emotionally for what’s next. It’s about being intentional with your time, your energy, and your focus.
It’s about letting go of what doesn’t serve you to make room for what does.
So, what can you start cleaning up today?
Take a moment to reflect:
What’s draining your energy that you can let go of?
Where can you make space for the things that truly matter?
What do you need to release to make room for growth?
When you clear the clutter, you make room for clarity. And that’s where the magic happens.
