Caleb Nelson’s original artwork: Clarity is the gateway to transformation

How much longer are you going to run on empty, feeling stuck, and pretending everything is fine?

I’m not asking to call you out—I’m asking because I’ve been there.

There was a time when I thought if I just work harder, push through, or stay busy, things would magically change. But they didn’t.

What really kept me stuck?

Fear of change.

The chaos I knew felt safer than the uncertainty of doing things differently. But that familiar chaos came with a cost:

My energy. My joy. My peace.

It wasn’t until I faced this truth that things started to shift. Staying stuck was a choice—and it was costing me far more than I realized.

What Changed

I decided to start small.

I created a weekly ritual to check in with myself.

Each week, I reassessed where I was, what felt off, and what small changes I could make. It wasn’t about overhauling my life overnight—it was about creating momentum.

That ritual became a practice that snowballed into:

Improved health.

Deeper, more aligned relationships.

Better boundaries at work so I could honor my time and focus on doing the deeper, purpose-driven work that inspires me.

Here’s What I Learned:

Disempowerment thrives on delay.

The longer you wait, the harder it gets to believe that you’re capable of something better. It’s how we stay trapped—in fear, in overwhelm, in exhaustion.

But here’s the thing: You don’t need a perfect plan to start.

How You Can Take Back Your Power Today:

Name What Feels Off.
Be honest. Is it your time, energy, relationships, or how you show up for yourself? Identify where you feel most drained.

Challenge the Story You’re Telling Yourself.
What belief is keeping you stuck? (“I’ll fail,” “I’m not ready,” “It’s too late.”) Question whether it’s really true—or if you’re just scared of what happens if you succeed.

Start a Weekly Check-In Ritual.
Set aside 15 minutes each week to reassess where you are and what one small change you can make. Small steps create big momentum.

You don’t need permission from anyone else. You don’t need the stars to align. You just need to decide that YOU are worth the effort.

Empowerment isn’t a destination—it’s a practice.

And you’re already closer to stepping into your best self than you think.

So, when will enough be enough?
